These disruptive chronographs with an automotive touch are distinguished by the bright colors of the orange and yellow or red and blue dials and the racing-themed calfskin watch straps. The range includes the red and black Chevrolet Corvette Top Time, based on the striking design of the mid-1960s Corvette C2, often referred to as the “Sting Ray” by fans. Fun fact: Did you know that Louis Chevrolet was a Swiss driver born in the watch town of La Chaux-de-Fonds?
Then there’s the green and brown version of the Ford Mustang Top Time, inspired by a car developed in record time in 1964, which spawned a new genre of affordable compact sports cars. He soon achieved iconic status with Hollywood rock stars and actors. And also played an iconic role on the big screen.
Last but not least is the Top Time Shelby Cobra version in blue and brown. Our moodboard for this watch revolved around the formidable machine created by iconic American driver and manufacturer Carroll Shelby for racing in the 1960s, blending classic British chassis design with American racing ingenuity and engineering. The watch alludes to one of its signature paint jobs: blue with white racing stripes.
The 42mm boxes of the Chevrolet Corvette and Ford Mustang versions are COSC certified.
